Safeguarding policy

Water Babies is committed to an environment in which all children and young people participating in our activities have a safe and positive experience.

As part of this commitment, Water Babies has integrated SafeSport training and resources to educate and empower our team on recognizing, reducing, and responding to misconduct for all our swimmers.

In order to achieve this Water Babies agrees to:

  • Ensure that all individuals who work with children have the appropriate training, codes of conduct and good practice to follow.
  • Provide all Water Babies franchisee staff and carers of children with the opportunity to raise concerns in a safe and confidential manner if they have a concern about a child’s welfare.
